By accessing or purchasing from Bloom & Grace, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them along with our Privacy Policy and Shipping & Returns policy, which are part of these terms.

We do our best to display our products, colors, and details accurately, but actual colors may vary slightly with your screen. All items are subject to availability. Because our online and in-person inventory is shared, an item may sell out before your order is confirmed; if that happens, we'll contact you and issue a full refund for the unavailable item.

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to change prices at any time. Payment is processed securely at checkout through Square; by placing an order you authorize us to charge your selected payment method for the order total, including shipping.

Placing an order is an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept, limit, or cancel any order — for example, in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock issues. Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation with tracking.

Shipping is a flat $8.95 and free on orders over $75, within the U.S. only. Eligible items may be returned for store credit or exchange within 14 days; some items are final sale. Full details are on our Shipping & Returns page, which forms part of these terms.

All content on this site — including our name, logo, photography, and written copy — belongs to Bloom & Grace and may not be copied or used without our written permission.

Our products and website are provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bloom & Grace is not liable for any indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of the site or products. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version posted on this page is the one that applies to your purchase. Continued use of our site means you accept any changes.
